The FG-150 BH is a fully automated three-dimensional laser-cutting system for processing pipe and tubes. With minimal setup, the FabriGear can meet short deadlines even when producing large volumes of parts that require tight dimensional part accuracy.
It simplifies the fabrication of parts that were previously machined with multiple tools and setups. It automatically loads, feeds, laser cuts and unloads mill-length pipe and tube and can be programmed to run unattended around the clock.
The system processes round, square, rectangular and triangular pipe up to 5.9 inches in diameter and three-quarter inches in thickness, and can handle material up to 26 feet long. It can be programmed to fabricate bevels, and contours needed for tight fit-ups on pipe joints and intersecting or adjoining pipes.
