Quality Inspection

Inspection is performed at the beginning through to completion of each process ensuring a profitable, positive result:

Pre-production inspection begins in pre-flight thru an examination of the manufacturing and handling process. After process approval, material type, finish and chemical analysis are verified. Our vendors are required to provide material certification with every delivery.
We utilize “During production inspection” (DUPRO) to gauge and verify product quality in every step of the production cycle.
A final random inspection (also called “pre-shipment inspection”) is performed once 100% of shipment quantity is finished and at least 80% is packed. At a minimum we inspect one of every part we provide.
